The Blue Ribbon
Academy has a proud tradition of graduating students of a high
calibre who represent the Blue Ribbon Cookery School in top hotels,
their own businesses, restaurants and similar surroundings all over
the world.
We
provide an environment in which our students are exposed to the

exellent training facilities which include a large kitchen,
function kitchen, bakery, air conditioned lecture room, a
recreational lounge, beautiful gardens and a fully fledged function
venue.
The Blue
Ribbon also maintains contact with some of the top hotels,
restaurants and other culinary institutions in order to give our
students national exposure.
Under the
direct supervision of Academy head and owner of Blue Ribbon, Donna
- Mae Peenz, the students are able to share her extensive knowledge
and experience of the hospitality industry.
